CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a tier-one quantitative investment firm to hire a Senior Software Engineer in Miami.

The role

Build and own high-performance trading systems, from low-latency C++ infrastructure to cloud deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop low-latency trading systems in modern C++.
• Build market data, execution and order management systems.
• Develop production Python services and trading infrastructure.
• Work closely with traders and researchers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of trading systems development experience.
• Strong modern C++ and production Python skills.
• Experience with market data, order flow and FIX connectivity.
• Hands-on AWS and infrastructure experience.
• Background in quantitative trading, hedge funds or market making.
