CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a global multi strategy hedge fund to hire an APAC Lead, Trading Operations to join their team in 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Lead a small engineering team supporting front-to-back trading operations across APAC, overseeing critical trading applications, production stability and post-trade processes.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Strong Linux experience in a production trading environment

Solid Python skills for automation and tooling

Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team

Understanding of trade flows, positions, P&L and post-trade processes

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Shell, SQL and Control-M experience are advantageous
