We are now actively working with a world-renowned global market maker looking for an Electronic Trading Analyst to join their team based in New York. We are seeking a talented individual who can contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge electronic risk management, algorithmic trading strategies, and quantitative analytics.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Implement and oversee electronic risk management and financial controls. Provide expert guidance and approval for all automated trading strategies. Orchestrate proprietary algorithmic trading strategies to mitigate position-based risk exposure. Proactively monitor and respond to incoming market information and economic announcements. Leverage Python and SQL to create essential tools for detecting and debugging live trading issues. Ensure real-time market risk tracking and compliance with regulatory and corporate risk limits. Conduct insightful quantitative data analysis, identifying valuable patterns and trends. Inform research team recommendations based on data-driven insights. Design a comprehensive Python class for swift analysis of trading and market datasets, positional information, and risk-related data.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing electronic risk management and controls. Expertise in orchestrating proprietary algorithmic trading strategies. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL. In-depth knowledge of market risk tracking, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
