CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a high-frequency and electronic trading firm to hire an Electronic Trader focused on optimising execution performance across Asian markets.

The Role

Manage and enhance electronic trading strategies, focusing on execution quality, latency optimisation, and real-time risk controls. The role requires close collaboration with quant developers and infrastructure teams to improve fill rates, reduce slippage, and refine trading logic.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in electronic or high-frequency trading

Strong understanding of exchange connectivity, order types, and market microstructure

Experience working with low-latency systems

Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ is advantageous

Ability to analyse execution data and optimise trading performance

Strong quantitative background
