CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global macro hedge fund to appoint a Head of AI & Technology Strategy to drive firm-wide AI adoption and engineering transformation.

The Role

Define and lead the firm’s AI strategy, shaping how AI is adopted across Quant Research, Trading Technology, IT and the wider business. Working closely with the CIO, CTO and Portfolio Managers, you will drive architecture, innovation and enterprise-wide adoption.

Requirements

• Senior technology leader with experience driving AI adoption or engineering transformation at scale
• Strong understanding of AI, agentic systems and AI-assisted development
• Ability to translate AI strategy into production-grade solutions
• Credibility working with both engineering teams and investment professionals
