Requirements:

• Strong track record of managing production of systematic Futures, and FX trading strategies.
• Opportunity to lead full strategy trading lifecycle from risk to trade execution.
• Monitor continuous trading, strategy performance, risk, signal behaviour, and execution performance over time.
• Specific emphasis on developing scalable strategies.
• 2years+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of systematic trading strategies.
• Monitor real-time trading performance, risk exposure, signal behavior, and execution efficiency.
• Develop scalable, high-performance strategies to optimize trading outcomes.
• Continuously assess and enhance strategy robustness based on market conditions.
